Founded in 2020 by Mehak Bansal and her mother during the quiet introspection of the pandemic, it began as a simple quest to revive fading family recipes. Mehak, an architect with a deep love for food, longed to recreate the magic of her grandmother’s kitchen, where pickles simmered with stories and spices carried generations of wisdom. What started as a small annual batch of 5 kg of homemade achar has now blossomed into over 500 kg of handcrafted delights, cherished by households across the country.
