‘Naturopathy and Ayurveda came as beacon of hope for my cancer treatment’ says Vidhika Batra, Cancer Survivor and Health Expert

New Delhi, 30th November 2023: Vidhika Batra’s life story of courage, faith, and the unwavering belief that every individual has the potential to overcome life’s most formidable challenges itself is an inspiration for many cancer patients. During the occasion of the book launch of ‘The Circadian Doctor’ by Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury at the Siri fort Auditorium, Delhi and introduction of Vaso-Stimulation therapy for handling emergency and pain management, Ms. Vidhika Batra, a cancer survivor and Founder of Hiims Premier spoke about her life journey and the challenges she has faced while battling the cancer disease.

During the event, Ms. Vidhika Batra, spoke about how her life has changed after 2015, when she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, a condition so uncommon that only a handful of individuals globally shared this diagnosis. Over the next four and a half years, she underwent rigorous chemotherapy, and even some renowned doctors, in their pursuit of a solution, suggested robotic surgery, which could have risked of potential organ damage, which she opted against and choose naturopathy as the steering path toward an alternative approach to healing.

Vidhika further spoke about how in 2020, Naturopathy and Ayurveda became a beacon of hope for her cancer treatment guided by the principles of natural healing and holistic approach which allowed her body to rediscover its innate intelligence and strength.

She further said, “Today, I stand before you not just as a survivor but as someone who has turned adversity into an opportunity for transformation. I lead a life marked by happiness and good health, a testament to the efficacy of naturopathy and Ayurveda in my personal healing journey, I share my story not just as a personal narrative but as an offering of hope to those facing the daunting battle against cancer or any chronic disease.”

Vidhika Batra overcame the rarest form of cancer by turning to naturopathy, when the best healthcare treatments did not seems to work, through her sheer determination, Vidhika swore to make the treatment that gives her new life, reach more people like her, thus in 2022, Vidhika founded HIMS Premier Hospital in sector 42, Gurugram, a place which is dedicated to providing compassionate care to those battling cancer and other chronic diseases. The hospital has successfully treated over 5,000 patients, each with a unique story of triumph over adversity.
