Well-known Bollywood writer Amit Gupta has sent a legal notice to the producers of this film. In a press conference held in Mumbai, Amit Gupta said that when he saw the trailer of the film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’, he was surprised because its central concept is written by him. He had registered this story with the Screen Writers Association (SWA) as a writer a long time ago. That is why we have approached the court and sent a legal notice to all the makers of ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’.”

Now the film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ has been made on the same idea. This is a case of copyright infringement and I have sent a notice against the producers.
