Rakesh Roshan Unveils Society Achievers Cover Featuring The Roshans – A Celebration of Legacy, Resilience and Dreams

Veteran actor, director, and producer Rakesh Roshan brought star power and inspiration to Takumi, Mumbai, as he unveiled the latest cover of Society Achievers – a powerful tribute to The Roshans, capturing their legacy across generations.

 

The evening was hosted in the presence of Ashok Dhamankar of Magnate Publishing and Editor Andrea CostaBir, who shared the journey of curating this special edition.

 

Rakesh Roshan, dapper as ever, not only launched the cover but also reflected on the journey behind it. He spoke with heartfelt emotion about his personal and professional path, underlining how resilience has been his greatest strength.

 

“Whether it’s health or cinema, it’s about standing up and not giving in,” he said, referencing his own battles and triumphs. “Being positive, believing in your dreams, and envisioning your success – that’s what helps you get there, and more importantly, helps you stay there.”

 

The veteran filmmaker also shared insights into the recently released Netflix documentary that chronicles the Roshan legacy, highlighting the challenges of baring one’s soul for the world to see and the emotional process behind putting such a monumental project together.

 

The event also honoured other achievers featured in the issue, including Dr. Sheetal Gagrani and Claudia Ciesla, both of whom spoke of their respective missions and how grateful they were for the platform to tell their stories.

 

Among those felicitated for their outstanding contribution to branding and communication were Dr. (Hon) Anusha Srinivasan Iyer and Vedant Gill of Naarad PR and Image Strategists, celebrated as the Best Brand Custodians, Image Strategists and PR Specialists.

 

Also recognised were actress and host Rupali Suri, Dr. Shivarama Bhandari of Shiva’s Stylo, and Dr. Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor Media.
